6. Refund Policy
30-Day First Client System
We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee on the 30-Day First Client System. If you have completed the programme in full and have not delivered a project to a client within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 11.
Refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of purchase to be eligible.
Masterclass and Premium Tier
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for the Masterclass and Premium Tier are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have concerns.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we believe the refund policy is being abused.
